We’re the third and final C-Leanship investor sharing our perspective on the challenges facing shipping and why we’re backing C-Leanship to help solve them.

Born and bred in the shipping industry, with the distinct vision “Leading the way towards truly sustainable shipping,” we’ve seen how biofouling directly affects the industry and the ecosystems we depend on—slowing vessels down, increasing fuel consumption, and spreading of invasive species.

🔸 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘀, 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻𝘀: Biofouling removal doesn’t just improve performance—it reduces the environmental impact of shipping. C-Leanship captures and safely handles waste through a closed-loop system, preventing invasive species and biological pollution from spreading to the ecosystem.
🔸 𝗦𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: C-Leanship’s use of ROVs reduces the need for divers, offering a safer and more efficient alternative to traditional methods.
