C-Leanship welcomes new CEO, Morten Pilnov

Over the past five years, C-Leanship has gone from a local provider of hull cleaning services, performing ~50 cleanings p.a., to a three-hub network with a capacity of up to 6-800 cleanings p.a. Jonas Kaasing Rasmussen has during his time with C-Leanship, with his deep knowledge of the business, been instrumental in bringing C-Leanship to its current position, for which the owners are very grateful. Following his tenure as C-Leanship’s CEO and in agreement with the board of directors, Jonas will step down and be replaced by Morten Pilnov, who will take over as the new CEO from 1 December 2023.

With Morten’s extensive experience in the shipping industry, having successfully implemented growth strategies, and with a track record of improving commercial and operational excellence, he is ideally positioned to navigate C-Leanship through its next phase. His leadership is particularly valuable at this juncture, as the company is gaining heightened interest from major shipping clients. Morten has the full support of the board to take the lead on the execution of an ambitious growth plan which includes increasing the service offering, growing the number of serviced ports, and strengthening the cooperation and partnership with customers.
